Friday Family Funnies - Eat More Chicken

There are lots of Family Funny pictures I could show you today, but I think I will stick to these. Travis was asked to be the Chick-Fil-A Cow at work this week and of course, he agreed.

I can't tell you how much I love this man, I mean cow!!!!

Travis and I just returned from a trip to the West Coast. I have many pictures to share with you and many things to tell, but for today I must return to reality, which by the way we are loving right now!!!

One Last Game

The girls had their last soccer game last night. It was a make-up game from a rainy day. I kept telling them we had a "make-up" game instead of practice and Faith finally asked as we were getting ready to leave, "When do I get to put my make-up on?

We have had a great season of Upward Soccer. I have to say, I enjoyed it more than I did Cheerleading, both were fun, but the girls enjoyed soccer more too.

Best Field Trip Ever!!!

Yesterday I had the great joy of going to the Apple Farm with Hannah Grace and her class and I have to say I think it was the best field trip I have ever been on. I feel so blessed to have a job that worked with me to allow me to go and for her teacher for asking me. I took lots of pictures, too many just to post, so I'm going to use Bubbleshare. Enjoy!

Welcome Baby Sam!!

We are so excited for Big Dave, Shannon and Big Brother Max. We praise the Lord that He has given them this new addition to their family and for them opening their hearts and home to this little baby. We can't wait to meet Baby Sam, or as Faith and Daddy are lovingly calling him Arrrrrrmondo.

Friday Family Funnies - 7 Things

Missy tagged me to share seven random things about me and I have been thinking hard about it, I'm not sure how random these are, but we will give it a try.

1 - I can't have a clean van and clean house at the same time. If you see my van clean, then don't come to my house, because it's not clean. It goes the other way around too, if you come to my house and it's clean, don't look in my van, something might get you.

2- I have to have a pillow between my knees to sleep.

3- I got my ears pierced for the second time, but took the ear rings out to try out for the cheer leading team and they grew up - I didn't make the team.

4- I have terrible feet. They hurt no matter what shoes I wear.

5- Apparently, my husband thinks my internal thermostat doesn't work after three babies.

6- I hate talking on the radio.

7 - I'm not a very random person.

Another Photo Contest

5 Minutes for Mom is having another photo contest. This time they are asking us to share a picture of our Sleeping Angel to win a new bedroom set. If we won, I would choose Lilly Rose because of the storage space under the bed. This would be great for Hannah Grace. Right now, her shoes and other things are in the closet hallway.

Remember, this was at Aunt Cindy's house and she had just played so hard, she gave out while watching her "treasures" from the yard sale dry.

Haircuts Needed

The kids were in desperate need of a haircut and we had to cancel our appointment on Friday.....so Sha rescued us and made a house call yesterday afternoon. Thanks Sha-Sha!!

Pumpkins!

We enjoyed a fun day at the Pumpkin Patch after the games on Saturday - it was beautiful!

Game Week 4

Our Game Week 4 started by watch Woodruff play against Southside High School in Greenville.

Then on Saturday morning the girls had a game first thing.

Almost!Almost, again!

This is half-time - Daddy was giving the devotion and Hannah Grace WAS NOT HAPPY about not making those two goals. We've got to work on that - any suggestions on how to help a very competitive, hard on herself girl?Faith as always, is just having a good time!

This after the soccer game, Samuel had a football game. He did great; he had a fumble recovering.
