My mom and I both have had several get-togethers over the holidays and have made this wonderful Apple Dip. We have had many people ask for the recipe so I thought I would share it with everyone. I'm not sure where it came from originally, I think it was shared by one of my Aunts from Southern Living Magazine. Anyway, I'm not sure what we served before we had the recipe. It is wonderful!!!!Apple Dip
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pkg Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee bits
Mix together and serve with apple slices.
Notes: I have tried low-fat and the store brand of cream cheese and it doesn't turn out as well as using Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Also, it is best if it is made the night before you plan on serving it and it will keep for a week or so (if it lasts that long).
